Big week

Big week

Lots to report during the last 7 days.  First, on Sunday June 22 I completed the Intermediate Rider Course.  I was particularly pleased that I was assessed zero points on the evaluation at the end of the course.  The evaluation was the same evaluation that I took at the end of the Basic Rider course for my license test almost a year ago and I was assessed 13 points last year.  If you get more than 20 points you fail.  It was a huge confidence builder for me to have no points assessed this year.  Second, On Friday the 27th I decided it was “take your bike to work day” as the weather was simply perfect. See the picture to the left of my bike parked outside my Shelburne office.  The more I commute on the bike the more comfortable I feel.  Third, tomorrow is the Homeward Bound (Addison County animal shelter) “Ruff Ride” and I am planning to ride.  You qualify for possible prizes if you do something that is animal themed so I have Eeyore riding with me.  See the picture below with Eeyore in the passenger seat.  Hope you are all having a great summer!
